For founders and all in our space: Alleviate work stress by having dependable, proactive people that complement your talents. Stress kills. It's a silent murderer. I deal with it every day. Part of my personality and daily reach for the best that may never be attainable. Having those that understand the mission and you creates a shorthand. When others deliver so that you can go to bed at night not worrying, or worrying less, that's the dream. There will always be more to do. You need to know that. But without those right people surrounding you the stress, worry and anxiety can overtake you. Oh, and never use work as a crutch for the other things in life you need to work on.
