QUOTABLES!
quote of the day
Perfectionism becomes a badge of honor with you playing the part of the suffering hero.

Perfectionists are emotional. They are frustrated because the product is never done. They are moody because you cannot reach perfection. Often their short attitude with others may seem personal but it's really about the product. They like to fix problems. Seek solutions. Make the mediocre great. A release is just forced letting go. They do all this because they care to be great and create something profound and useful. Something to be remembered. Brings joy, knowledge and always utility. They often create for themselves and share it with others. They second guess themselves for the sake of the product. They can be insecure and cocksure. They ultimately trust their gut. They may not love rules and hate "isms." Perfectionism can also be a crutch. An impediment to move forward. They always think they can do more. They are often surprised by the positive reaction to a public unveiling. Often, the best thing for a perfectionist is to partner with an organized pragmatist. That combination can build a business and release wonder. Just another day at a startup.
