I have a device problem. Need to have it by me. The expectations to interact and answer are overwhelming. I've noticed it more in myself as I've been critical of my nieces and nephew's usage. It may just be evolution or it may be a problem. It may stem from loneliness or from entertainment and curiosity. I want to appreciate the technologies available to me by using them less and turning off to rejuvenate. It's not exercise, but it is exhausting on one of the most important organs: the brain.
