The fragmentation of messaging is a growing problem. I may know that someone sent me a message. I may have seen the alert or the message itself. But when I need to find it again is it on FACEBOOK? SNAPCHAT? CYBERDUST? TWITTER? EMAIL? SMS? SLACK? What else?. To make it worse, some of the new generation, the millennials - as I like to complain, work this way. They may send you a file via SMS and another via SLACK. Use email on another. Or who knows what else because they're app whores. No sense of presentation or context. No holistic view of work and I am running around like I'm in a scavenger hunt to build my product. Sigh...
