REDKEN’s GUIDO PALAU found them on Etsy. I went to look up the definition of “cultural appropriation” and realized that, if I have to look it up, I’ll probably never truly -- viscerally -- understand. But I see the reaction it inspires: feelings of hurt, betrayal, anger... Here's how this works: Slap a titillating, risque name on something (and, of course, put it on a KARDASHIAN/JENNER), and then watch it go viral. But this style name (as worn by KENDALL JENNER, BELLA HADID and CIARA) just seems sort of forced. But, hey, I did click on it. My response: Stop trying to make "vagina dress" happen... After quite a few vacations on the FLORIDA panhandle, I can so own this trend.
